How can I contact you?
You can click on ‘Get a quote’, fill in your details and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible. You can also call or text us direct on 07356042577. When contacting us it is always advisable to have pictures to hand as this enables us to provide a more accurate quote on your items. Alternatively if you have a Facebook account you can use our online chat facility for an instant response.
Is their a limit on how much you pay?
Your collection could be worth £10 or £10,000, we will always do our very best to offer you the best price for your items. We do have limits to what we can pay per individual items but they will be assessed per quote.
How do you receive my items?
We have several options depending on your location. If you are local enough to us we will collect the items in person from your door and pay cash. We can also arrange a courier to collect your items and pay you direct via PayPal. PayPal is our preferred method of payment for non collection in person as it protects both buyer and seller. We also allow you to deliver items to us if you prefer. All of these options are flexible and will be discussed with you once a price has been agreed. You will NEVER pay for postage or a courier, that cost is covered by us.
Do you buy entire collections?
Yes. One of the services we offer is to clear out entire collections for people who want a no hassle option to selling. Once a price has been agreed we will arrange collection. On large buys we always prefer for us to collect in person as it saves our customers having to package the items for our courier.
